What kind of help do you need?

Everything! If you have an idea, email us, otherwise here are some things on our list. You can:

• Join the steering committee

• Help plant trees and flora

• Join volunteer clean-up days

• Adopt a park section and turn it into a cactus garden, a pollinator meadow, a bird habit, or anything else you can imagine

• Report illegal dumping 

• Help run social media accounts

• Apply for grants to get playground equipment, art, or benches

• Collect community input 

• Write plans to present to the Oakland Planning Committee

• Anything else you can imagine!

Are you affiliated with the city of Oakland?

The city owns the park and must approve all plans. Beyond that they are uninvolved.
